By a 3D modelling software we obtain a detailed frame. Technical drawing supports our design and production steps. It provides information on dimensions, shapes, and construction details.

We produce a prototype of the frame in order to test design, performance and fit.

Before to start production, we study the feasibility of the frame. Its structure and thickness are carefully evaluated.

Raw materials are the base of frame production. Acetate sheets in different sizes, colours and composition are cut into strips that are later processed in CNC department.

Our CNC machines cut, mill, drill and give shape to different materials – such as acetate, metal or titanium. They produce precise and detailed parts for frames.

In every temple we insert metal wire cores to improve stability and structural strength.

After cutting temples by a four-axis machine, we insert hinge and assemble them on fronts.

Tumbling removes any imperfection of front and temple surface. It smooths and polishes them.

Each frame must be aligned, therefore we cut front and temple in order they match perfectly and pantoscopic angles are carefully controlled and temple tips are bend.

Each front has to be curved in order to fit face, this resulting in a perfect side view and visual comfort.

We use different tipe of laser marking depending on the material. Every frame may be customized with your brands and/or logos.

Fronts and temples are joined with screws. Frame is at its final steps.

Our skilled operators by means of hi-tech machines and five axis cnc cut and mill lenses in order to fit frame design perfectly.

First method to customize frame is by printing. Temples are ink printed with model and brand.

Another method to customize frames is filling. Temples are laser engraved and then manually filled with ink.

We ensure the excellence of our made in Italy controlling their functional and aesthetical features.

We polish every frame with a cotton wheel machine to improve and obtain shiny ad bright surfaces.

Every frame is packed as per customer’s requirements.
